Had comfortable stay for one night with pleasant stuff and MARVELLOUS location close to the beaches. The food was fantastic - a wide array of options. Location: the hotel was near the bus stop and the iSite and museum. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Houhora Tavern.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Kauri Lodge Motel. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the Far North Regional Museum. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a cozy single bed with nice pillows, along with access to Netflix. The staff were all very pleasant and provided amazing service.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, helpful staff, great location, close to shops, pool for kids.

We enjoyed this nice hotel and had a fairly nice time. The location was particularly good - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Visited few places in the center, at a moderate distance from the property.

The room had a modern design and was well-kept with a comfortable couch for watching TV, and the location was excellent for visiting attractions like the Far North Regional Museum.

We really enjoyed this place and fantastic food.

Location: the hotel was so close to the Anzac parade, shops, playground and other locations of interest, and Paihia. Luckily it was close to Gecko Cafe, had pastries there when it was hot outside👌

We stayed at the cozy and tidy Kauri Lodge Motel for a few nights during our trip from Auckland to Cape Reinga. The location was perfect, with a playground across the road for the kids to enjoy. The rooms were well-maintained and had fans to keep the air flowing on warm days. The staff were lovely and the value for money was excellent. We'll definitely be choosing this accommodation every time we visit.

I recently stayed at a motel in a great location near the town center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room had a small full kitchen, perfect for my family of three. Additionally, the inclusion of breakfast made our stay even more convenient. The hotel also had a swimming pool, which was a nice touch after a long trip.

Spent Christmas away from home and it was great! We really enjoyed the two complementary drinks at the bar which allowed us to relax and unwind. Plus, the location was perfect for us, close to the shops and with plenty of parking. Our room was lovely too, and it had a beautiful view of the town. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast basket that was delivered to our room the next morning.

The shower water temperature was not consistent, and it was hard getting the right temperature. Plus, we found the bed to be a bit too soft for our liking, and we woke up with sore backs.
